"Benefitted our relationship in so many ways"

I was informed about the programme by my girlfriend who is diagnosed with bpd/eupd while she was doing dbt so i decided to give it a go. It has benefitted our relationship in so many ways and I will carry the skills and information I was taught throughout my life and our relationship not just for me and her but throughout all my relationships and different environments. It is a programme I wish everyone could do because i genuinely believe it would improve relationships in every family. I am very thankful for this program and to everyone running it
